Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fish - 1 lb Seabass , 1 lb Salmon (Click here for Sampler Special)
  • 1/2 lb shrimp (Optional)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup green onion greens, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes (I use canned Marzano)
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • Pinch red pepper flakes or a little red chili pepper, chopped, for heat
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped with some set aside for garnish
  • 1 14-ounce can coconut milk (whole fat, don't substitute!!!)
