• 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 stick unsalted butter
• 4 cups confectioner’s sugar, sifted (to remove lumps)
• 5 tablespoons Bailey’s Irish Cream (or to your taste)
