• 180g venison sausage
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• ¼ cup chopped parsley
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
• ⅓ cup coarsely chopped cherries
• ½ cup coarsely chopped roasted hazelnuts
• 1 cup cooked wild rice
