Name: Sausage Apple Stuffing
Ingredients: 1 to 1 ½ large loaf supermarket French bread cubed and toasted, about 10-12 cups; 1 package Jimmy Dean Hot sausage; 3 large stalks celery chopped; 1 medium white or yellow onion chopped; 1 very large or 2 medium granny smith apples chopped into small ½ inch cubes; 1 handful fresh parsley chopped; 2 small leaves of fresh sage chopped; ¼ t dried sage; 1 t dried thyme; 1/2 t dried marjoram; 4 C chicken stock; ¼ C salted butter; 2 T olive oil; ¾ C raisins (golden or regular)
