• 2 tsp. freshly grated orange zest
• freshly squeezed orange juice from 1/2 of that orange
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
• For the Topping:
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
• 2 sticks cold butter, diced
