Chocolate crepes - Moje wypieki
The most delicious chocolate crepes I've eaten. Enjoy them with your favourite jam, Nutella, fruit or cheese filling for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients
- 80 g dark chocolate (minimum 60% cocoa)
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 500 ml milk
- 1 (to 1 and 1/4) cup plain flour
- 3 large eggs
- 3 Tbsp icing sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp dark rum
- pinch of salt
