Ingredients

• 1 cup water, at approximately 110 degrees
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1 (7g or 2 1/4 tsp) package rapid-rise yeast
• Approximately 1 Tbsp olive oil – for the bowl
• Approximately 6 cups water
• 3 Tbsp baking soda
• Salt for sprinkling on pretzels
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 2 cloves garlic, finely grated or minced
• 1 hot pepper, finely minced
• 1 cup Colby Jack cheese, shredded
• 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• salt & pepper to taste
• ½ tsp Adobo seasoning (or seasoned salt)
