Marry Me Sausage Lasagne with Porky Whites Sausages

Ingredients

• 1 onion, chopped
• 100g sun-dried tomatoes
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 pack Porky Whites Premium Farmhouse Herb Pork Sausages
• 2 tsp garlic granules
• ½ tbsp dried oregano
• 600ml chicken stock
• 1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes
• 100g crème fraîche
• 6 - 8 lasagne sheets
• 60g Parmesan, grated
• Handful spinach
• 150g mozzarella, grated
• Handful fresh basil
• Salt and pepper, to taste
