Baked Feta Pizza With Lemon & Fig | Saputo Cheese

Ingredients

• 1 (250 g) pizza dough ball, at room temperature
• 1 1/2 cups Saputo Feta Cheese, drained
• 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon oil
• 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 pinch of dried oregano
• 3 garlic cloves, in their skins
• 1/2 preserved lemon, quartered, skins and rind removed
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 5-6 tsp.olive tapenade (store bought or homemade)
• 2-3 fresh figs, sliced
• 1 tsp. preserved lemon, finely chopped
• 1 tsp. honey
• Chopped walnuts (optional)
