Ingredients

• 1 Three Aussie Farmers Bacon Hock, cooked and shredded
• 2 Tbsp. butter
• 2 small Turkish bread loaves, halved horizontally
• 4 slices of Manchego cheese
• 1/2 cup sauerkraut
• Dressing
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 3 Tbsp. tomato sauce
• 2 Tbsp. horseradish cream
• 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp. sugar
• 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
• Salt and pepper, to taste.
