Chicken Kalya recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1kg chicken pieces marinate with:
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic
• 1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food green masala
• 1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food red ginger garlic masala
• Few Taj Elachi (cardomom) cloves peppercorns
• 2 slit chillies 🌶
• 1 teaspoon each: Salt crushed chillies
• Chilli powder
• arad (Turmeric) Dhana jeeroo garam masala
• 2 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice
• 1 cup sour milk
• 4 liquidised tomatoes 🍅
• ¼ cup tomato 🍅puree
• Add in marinated chicken. Cook on low till done.
• Add in boiled eggs 🥚 & fried potatoes 🥔 .
