Ingredients
- 2 chickens +1/2kg thighs
- 4 tomatoes liquidized
- 2 onions finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin)
- 1 teaspoon dhana
- Elachie
- Peppercorns
- 2 teaspoon chilli powder of choice ...I used Suhana Kashmiri mild
- 2 heaped tablespoon ginger garlic masala
- lemon juice
- And let it braise alittle
- 3 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
- And 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
- ½ cup yoghurt or more
