• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/8 cup lemon juice
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• 2 tsp. grated lemon zest (or dried peel)
• scant 1/8 tsp. lemon extract
• 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• extra 1 TB sugar to sprinkle on top
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• about 1 TB lemon juice
