Frozen christmas pudding

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup (300g) mixed dried fruit
- 1/4 cup (60g) chopped glacé peaches
- 1/4 cup (60g) chopped glacé apricots
- 1/3 cup (80ml) brandy
- 100 grams butter, chopped
- 1/3 cup (50g) plain flour
- 1/3 cup (75g) firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup (180ml) milk
- 2 cups (500ml) thickened cream
- 1/2 cup (165ml) chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1 teaspoon mixed spice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/3 cup (50g) hazelnuts, roasted, chopped
- 200 grams dark chocolate, chopped
- icing sugar, for dusting
