Ice-cream puddings

Ingredients

• 2 cups mixed dried fruit (sultanas, raisins, figs, craisins)
• 100 grams packet red and green glace cherries, halved
• 1/2 cup roughly chopped glace apricot
• 1/2 cup roughly chopped glace pineapple
• 1/2 cup roughly chopped glace orange
• 1/4 cup grand marnier
• 2 litres vanilla ice-cream, softened
• 1/2 cup thickened cream
• 100 grams toblerone, finely chopped
• 1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
