Ingredients

• <li>5 oz baby spinach</li>
• <li>5 oz baby arugula</li>
• <li>1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced</li>
• <li>½ lb Fresh strawberries, tops removed and thinly sliced</li>
• <li>5 oz goat cheese, crumbled (or to taste)</li>

• <li>2 tbsp Dan-O’s Chili Lime Seasoning</li>
• <li>1/2 cup olive oil</li>
• <li>1/4 cup balsamic vinegar</li>
• <li>1½–2 tbsp spicy brown mustard</li>
• <li>2 tbsp pure honey</li>
• <li>Juice of 1 small lemon (or ½ of a large lemon, strained)</li>
