• 1 onion, chopped
• 3 cloves of garlic, minced
• 3 cups chicken stock
• 1 (14 oz) can white beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 (16 oz) jar salsa Verde
• 1 green bell pepper, chopped
• 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
• 1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast, cut into 1-2” cubes
• 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
