Triple Chocolate Addiction Ice Cream Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

• 3 cups bread flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 cup (8 ounces) unsalted butter, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon Mary's Cognac-aged Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract
• ½ cup bittersweet chocolate chips
• ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• ½ cup white chocolate chips
• Ice cream (a nice vanilla bean is my first choice for this recipe)
• Mini chocolate chips
• Sprinkles
• Nonpareils
