Blueberry and Yogurt Pot Cake - SuperValu
This is a family favourite that is light and delicious, the novelty factor is that no measures of ingredients are required , it's all done in a yoghurt pot!

- 10 g Baking Powder
- 2 pots Caster Sugar
- 100 g Fresh Blueberries
- 1 handfull Fresh Blueberries to serve
- 3 - Fresh Egg
- 1 pot Natural Yogurt (125ml pot)
- 3 pots Plain Flour
- 1 pot SuperValu Cornflour
- 0 - SuperValu Icing Sugar to dust
- 0 - SuperValu Whipped Cream 350ml to serve
- 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 pot Vegetable Oil
