• 3 cups fresh apple cider (reduced to 1/2 cup)
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 3 whole cloves
• 32 oz Hiland Cream Cheese, room temperature
• 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
• 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
• 8 oz Hiland Sour Cream, room temperature
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 4 large eggs
