Vegan dump cake [sweet, sour and creamy] | Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 2 tbsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup plant based milk
• 1/3 cup coconut oil
• Juice of 1/2 lemon or 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
• 1 + 1/2 cup cooked coffee
• 1 + 1/2 cup sour cherry jam
• 1 + 1/4 cup cream (I used coconut)
• 2 tbsp plant-based milk
• 1/3 cup dark chocolate
• 1/3 cup walnuts (roasted)
• 8 tsp rum
