Hot Spinach Dip | Salerno

Ingredients

• 2 tsp (10mL) olive oil, plus extra for baking dish
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 lb spinach, cleaned, trimmed, and coarsely chopped
• 1/2 cup (125mL) milk
• 6 oz cream cheese, reduced fat
• 3 dashes sauce Worcestershire
• 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
• 3/4 cup (175mL) SALERNO - Mozzarella Cheese , shredded
• salt and freshly ground pepper
• baguette, or crackers, or bread sticks
