• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 large brown onion (halved and sliced)
• 2 cloves garlic chopped
• Salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 1 cup dry white wine
• 14 oz Mutti® Whole Peeled Tomatoes (Pelati) (chopped)
• 1/4 cup torn basil leaves
• Crusty bread to serve
