Ingredients

• 1 kg small blue mussels
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 large brown onion, halved and sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• Salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 1 cup dry white wine
• 400 g Mutti Peeled Tomatoes, chopped
• 1/4 cup basil leaves, torn
• Crusty bread, to serve
