Lemon Poppy Seed Bread/Muffins

Ingredients

• 3 cups All purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon Baking powder
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1 small jar poopy seeds 1.25 ounces
• 1 cup Unsalted butter softened
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 Eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups milk blended with 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (milk may curdle)
• 2 tablespoons grated fresh lemon peel
