- 200-250g Swiss brown mushrooms, sliced
- 2 medium-large-sized potatoes, cubed
- 2 medium-sized carrots cubed
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons fresh English parsley
- 200ml Kara UHT Coconut Cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2-3/4 teaspoon salt
