- 100 g butter
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 t mustard seeds
- 8 Woolworths Kassler chops
- 2 T olive oil
- 300 g baby spinach
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- For the mustard dressing, mix:
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- sea salt, to taste
