Ingredients

• 1 cup (250 ml) green lentils
• 1 onion
• 5 cloves
• 1 bay leaf
• 1/3 cup (75 ml) olive oil
• 4 shallots, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) white wine
• Grated zest of 1 lemon
• 1/3 cup (75 ml) fresh basil, chopped
• 1 fillet 1 kg salmon
• 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
• 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Italian-style breadcrumbs
