Butternut Soup recipe by Salmah Dendar

Ingredients

• 1potato
• 1/2butternut
• 1big onion
• 2 carrots
• finely chop 1 sml onion and saute in a little oil till light brown.
• 1 teaspoon Green masala
• 1n1/2-2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2sp black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon white pepper 1/2 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)
• Pinch arad (Turmeric)
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg
• Add liquidised mixture
• Add to the above mixture
• Add a handful of noodles/spaghetti optional..or
• Add 1tin sweetcorn creamstyle
