Butternut Soup recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 potato Or sweet potato (I add both)
• ½ butternut I used 1 big 1
• 1 big onion
• 3-4 carrots
• 1 teaspoon Green masala (I used 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chilli paste & 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa khuri masala)
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• ½ teaspoon white pepper
• ½ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)
• Pinch arad (Turmeric)
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg (I add both)
• Add liquidised mixture
• Add to the above mixture
• Add 1 tin sweetcorn creamstyle
