French Onion Soup - HERB-OX® bouillon

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 6 cups thinly sliced yellow onions
• 1 clove garlic, sliced
• 6 cups water
• 6 HERB-OX® Beef Bouillon Cubes
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 6 slices French bread (3/4” thick), buttered and toasted
• 3 cups shredded Swiss cheese
