Ingredients

• 1 French baguette sliced in 2 lengthwise and then cut in half
• Olive oil
• Italian seasonings to taste
• 10 oz (300 g) veal trimmed of fat and cut into thin strips
• 1 large tomato diced
• 1/2 onion chopped
• Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
• 1 cup (250 mL) grated Canadian Mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) grated Canadian Parmesan cheese
