Ingredients

• 2 whole chicken leg with thighs
• for the marinade 1 tsp olive oil, salt,pepper to taste, 2 tsp dried herbs, 2 tsp lemon juice.
• 1 tbsp each of olive oil & butter
• 1 onion
• 2 celery sticks
• 2 carrots
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 tbsp capers
• 1 or 2 picante chillies
• 1 can chickpeas
• 2 tbsp tomato puree
• 2 or 3 tbsp chimmichurri
• 1 cup dry sherry
• seasoning salt, pepper,
• 2 tsp smoky paprika
