Vietnamese-inspired Summer Rolls with Peanut (or no nut) Sauce – Land’s Sake

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup natural-style creamy peanut butter – or really any peanut butter you have on hand
• 1/3 cup water
• 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
• 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice (from about 1 1/2 medium limes)
• 4 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (leave this out if your peanut butter is already sweet)
• 2 1/4 teaspoons chile-garlic paste
• 1 medium garlic clove, mashed to a paste
• 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
