• 1 large onion chopped
• 3-4 medium Jalapenos chopped
• 1 tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp salt
• Pinch of cayenne pepper
• ½ tbs garlic powder
• ½ tbs onion powder
• ½ tsp smoked chipotle
• ½ cup crumbled Mexican cheese
• ½ cup cheddar cheese
• ½ tsp paprika
• ½ tsp parsley
• 1 cup of mayonnaise
• 2 tbs cilantro chopped
• 20 oz bag of spicy crunchy cheese curls (crumbled)
