Sausage mushroom soup

Ingredients

• 6 Cloves Garlic sliced
• 1 medium Yellow onion peeled and chopped
• 1/4 cup Olive oil
• 1/4 cup Fresh sage chopped
• 2 large potatoes diced
• 1 Pound Beyond brats sliced
• 6 oz shitaki mushroom broken
• 2 quarts water
• 2 tsp salt
