• 1 cup (250 mL) all-purpose flour
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter or margarine, melted
• ¾ cup (175 mL) packed brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla or ½ tsp (2 mL) Double-Strength Pure Vanilla Extract
• 1 cup (250 mL) pecan halves, finely chopped
• Powdered sugar and ground cinnamon or Korintje Cinnamon (optional)
