• zest of one lemon
• 1 pound angel hair pasta
• 1/4 cup Liokareas Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 large shallot or 2 small shallots (about 1/2 cup)
• 5 cloves garlic, minced
• 1.5 pounds 16/20 shrimp peeled, deveined, and tails removed
• 1 cup white wine
• 1 lemon juiced
• 6 tbs butter
• 1/4 cup parsley
