Gingerbread Cookies | Oregonian Recipes

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature (1 1/2 sticks)
• 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
• 1/4 cup light (unsulfered) molasses
• 2 egg yolks
• 2 1/3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons ground ginger
• 1 teaspoon allspice
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
