Potsticker Soup Recipe

Ingredients

• 12-15 frozen potstickers (your choice of filling)
• 6 cups of chicken broth
• 1/2 cup of thinly sliced carrot
• 1/2 cup of sliced mushroom
• 1/4 cup of chopped scallion
• 1 cup of baby spinach
• 1/4 cup of grated fresh root ginger
• 2 cloves of minced garlic
• 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon of roasted sesame oil
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
