Espresso Sauce - Kentucky Living

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter
• 2 C brown sugar
• 2 C granulated sugar
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1/4 tsp ground cloves
• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
• 6 C brewed espresso or very strong coffee
• 1/2 C cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 C cold water
