Ingredients

• 2 tsp Vegetable Broth Garden Veggie
• 1 can of chickpeas drained (14 ounces)
• ½ cup flour (of your choice)
• 1 cup frozen peas thawed
• 1 cup of kale
• 1 cup of herbs (we used mint, dill and parsley)
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 good pinch of salt
• Cracked pepper
• 1 cup basil leaves
• ½ cup lemon juice
• 2 tbsp yoghurt
• 1 tbsp dill
• ½ cup mint
• Pinch of salt
• Toasted pine nuts
• 1 400g can of chickpeas drained
