Ingredients

• 2 ¼ cups Cake Flour
• 1 tbsp Baking Powder
• ½ tsp Salt
• 1 ¼ cups Buttermilk
• 4 Egg Whites - large
• 1 ½ cups Sugar
• Lemon Zest - from two lemons
• 8 tbsp Unsalted Butter - at room temperature (1 stick)
• 2 tbsp Lemon Extract - pure
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract - pure
• 8 oz Cream Cheese - softened
• 1 Stick of Butter - softened
• 1.50 lbs Confectioners’ Sugar
• 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
• Lemon Juice - made from one lemon
