• – 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• – 1/4 cup organic light corn syrup
• – 1 vanilla bean, sliced in half lengthwise and seeds scraped out
• – 3 tablespoons Real California cream cheese, softened
• – 1/8 teaspoon coarse sea salt
• – 2 cups Real California buttermilk (1%)
• – 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
• – 1 1/2 cups Real California heavy cream
• – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
