- 1 pack of The Jolly Hog Leek Porkers
- 1/3 of a butternut squash
- 4 shallots
- 1 clove of garlic
- Small bunch of fresh sage
- A handful of walnuts
- 100g gruyere cheese (any other hard cheese would also work)
- 2 tbsp caramelised onion chutney (we love Tracklements)
- 1 roll of ready made puff pastry
- 1 egg
