We are making two kinds of Yakitori seasoned with salt and savory sauce. The savory yakitori sauce goes excellent with shichimi chili pepper.
Ingredients
- 300-350 g Chicken Thigh
- 12 Shishito Pepper
- 1 Long Green Onion (Naganegi)
- 2 Shiitake Mushroom
- Salt
- 1/4 Lemon
- Shichimi Chili Pepper
- 3 Shiso Leaf
- 100 ml Soy Sauce
- 100 ml Sake
- 3 tbsp Raw Sugar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 Garlic Clove
