• 1 tbsp butter
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 small onion, diced
• 1/4 cup vodka
• 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
• 1/3 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
• 1/2 tsp. sugar
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• sliced basil for serving
