- 200 g Plain Flour
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 200 ml SuperValu Buttermilk
- 75 g SuperValu Light Golden Brown Sugar
- 2 - SuperValu Oranges finely grated zest only
- 500 g Fresh Cranberries or frozen
- 50 g Unsalted Butter plus extra for greasing
- 25 g SuperValu Goodness Flaked Almonds toasted
- 1 pint SuperValu Ice Cream or softly whipped cream
