  • Scant 1½ cups yogurt
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 1½ tsp lemon juice
  • 4 tsp rose water
  • 4 tsp orange blossom water
  • 24 blanched almonds (about ⅓ cup)
