We used roasted red pepper, goat's cheese and basil on our pastry but you can choose any ingredient to suit your taste and budget.

- 1 pack (approx 320g) of Shop bought ready rolled puff pastry
- 1 of each of Red and yellow bell peppers sliced thinly
- 1 of Red onions sliced
- 1 of Round goats cheese log
- Bunch of Fresh Basil
- 1 jar of Our Caramelised Red Onion Relish with Black Garlic
